Cosmo Era is a brand dedicated to the cap as a singular, elevated product. Fusing traditional millinery techniques with a contemporary design ethos, Cosmo Era tranforms the cap’s status as commonplace merch and its rich pop cultural history into the realm of high craft.

Collaboration and craft lie at the core of the brand’s identity. Untethered from sports team logos or corporate insignias, Cosmo Era’s visual language is imbued with the artisan’s hand.

Reflected in the tactility of each cap, Cosmo Era’s first collection features caps in three tonal colourways, red, charcoal and white, each individual hat completely unique due to natural variations in colouration or stitching enacted through dyeing processes and hand finishing. Partnering with a London-based studio, patterns and iconography are embroidered onto the cap to emphasize the mending process and subtle embellishments like miniature glass beads that catch the light.

Rejecting the concept of the “blank”—the ready-made, often unethically produced base product, Cosmo Era’s own cap patterns are constructed by hand, creating a one- of-a-kind product from the ground up.

Cosmo Era embodies the shifting definition of luxury—one rooted in integrity, process, and emotion. Each cap is embroidered and embellished in London, assembled and dyed in Portugal.
